What is your return/exchange policy?

Return Instructions:
If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the item in its original packaging. All products must be returned in good condition. If the product you received is damaged, please contact annascrystals Customer Service at Support@annascrystals.com.

What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?

If your order is listed as "undeliverable" and returned to us, we will reship the package to you at no additional cost.

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged product. In case we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will either refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

We strongly recommend following the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Our designs are meant to withstand proper washing methods. However, if you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at Support@annascrystals.com.

What should I do if I received the wrong product or my product is defective?

If you receive the wrong product or if your product is defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@annascrystals.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will take care of you and cover all costs associated with correcting the error. We will send you a new product and cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect or defective item to us.
